On July 25, 2007, Genesis Energy, L.P. acquired five energy-related businesses, including a regional transportation company founded in 1937 and operated by the Davison family of Ruston, Louisiana.

Davison Transportation Services, Inc., an affiliate of Genesis Energy, L.P., is an integral part of the Supply and Logistics segment of Genesis Energy, L.P., operating approximately 225 trucks and 525 trailers.

Genesis Energy, a Delaware limited partnership, was formed in December 1996. We conduct our operations through our affiliated limited partnership, Genesis Crude Oil and its subsidiary partnerships.

The partnership is focused on increasing unitholder return by optimizing and leveraging its existing asset base, developing organic growth through construction and expansion projects and pursuing accretive acquisitions to further its footprint in the midstream energy sector.
