GROUP INSURANCE

Currently, the company pays 100% of the total premium cost of each employee’s Major Medical & Life Insurance as is outlined by the Company Policy Handbook.

HEALTH BENEFITS

Health benefits are available from the Company via Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas and all full-time employees and their families are covered from the first day they are hired. In-network physician office visits are a $15 co-pay with other in-network services paid @ 90%. A prescription card is also included with incremental co-pays based on the prescription. The following is a break-down of the benefits provided by the Company. Those premiums listed as "100%" are currently paid in FULL by the Company; those listed as "optional" are those benefits that the employee may choose to purchase for him(her)self and/or the family.

401(k) INVESTMENT PROGRAM

Eligible full-time employees may participate in the Company's 401(k) investment program upon completion of 1 month. An eligible employee may contribute 1% - 50% of his / her base pay to the program with the Company matching $1 for every $1 up to 3% and $.50 of each $1 for the next 3% of the employee contributions.

CREDIT UNION

Immediately upon completion of thirty days, an employee is eligible to participate in the Company credit union.
